We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Just a 5min drive (or short walk and 15min bus ride) to the train station to get into Edinburgh. Nice, friendly host. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Edinburgh/Falkirk/Stirling.

Stopped at a lovely pub (Lock 16) on the way back. Easy stroll into town. Great pubs for a drink and chat to friendly locals. Too far to walk again the same day to the Kelpies which was in the other direction but could get a bus if you wanted. Got a taxi to and from Falkirk high train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet style and was as expected.CassyAustralia
