Kaileigh was wonderfull since the beginning. She made sure we had everything we needed and even left us a basket with breakfast since we needed to leave really early. Room was cosy and clean, everything you can dream of after a day of hiking.

A ton of wee touches that were amazing - complimentary breakfast, earbuds, face towels, and all sorts of little bits and pieces that I don't even remember that just make up for a great stay. The mini fridge was the cutest thing! The host also logged a guest account into netflix and, in general, seemed to have thought about all the details. Everything was great! Only one bit of constructive criticism, which is, of course, partially our fault to get details on things like putting up the heating and turning on the hot water. But we figured out everything with the help of our host and also just looking around. Everything was amazing.

It was really perfect ! The room was cozy, the bed comfortable. We appreciated the privacy and yet our host responded immediately to our questions and demands. We felt at home and it was a perfect place to recharge after hikes and visits of Fort William. We particularly enjoyed the little attentions and the Highlands soap products !

Natalie was extremely hospitable and full of wonderful suggestions and was an excellent and patient communicator. The space and view was incredibly charming and the coffee selection and treats in the room were delectable and comforting. There was so much attention to detail and thoughtfulness in the space that it felt like a home. I can't think of a better base to explore the surroundings and to return to after an exciting day of exploration. Second to none.
