I appreciated the kindness of the hosts, who were very welcoming and open to give suggestions to help making my trip in Devon and Cornwall memorable. The room was quiet, as well as the rest of the house located close to any shop, bar or restaurant of the village, but still in a very quiet area. I could chose among a wide variety of food for breakfast, and it was very fresh and good. You feel comfortable like at home, and I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting the village.

This is the best b&b I have stayed in. Our room on the second floor had a lovely view over Lynton. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a few steps into the village or down the Cliff Railway to Lynmouth. Breakfast was absolutely spot on - cooked or continental or options of salmon and eggs etc. All dietary requirements were accommodated. We stayed with a 7 year old boy who loved his little separate room off of the Main bedroom. Would highly recommend.
