Mark (host) is brilliant and was very accommodating with my booking. 10 min walk to train station Rock Ferry taking you straight into town. Room was lovely and the bed was lush to the point I didn't want to get out of it. Keys can be locked in a key safe by the door which is handy on a night out. Lots of on street parking. Lovely place to stay and I'll be back

Parking was great and then we were welcomed with tea in the reception room by a lovely member of the team. Room and en-suite were perfect. Comfy bed, warm radiators and fast tasty breakfast.

I was made most welcome on arrival. My room was spacious and clean with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate plus cake. The room rate was very reasonable and was excellent value for money. There was a restaurant nearby and for a longer walk there was a selection of restaurants on the main road. The location was ideal for the ferry. I would definitely stay here again.
