I loved how supportive and helpful they were. Initially my room was in top floor and WIFI or my phone wasn't really working well. I called them and they changed my room which made a huge difference for my stay. I am really grateful for the initiative. They provided everything I need throughout my stay. Very lovely and friendly staff. I felt safe. I'd go there again if I need to go to Whiston.
