Boasting an enviable location by the sea and 2 minutes’ drive from Saint Julian’s Pier, locally known as North Beach, St Georges is a family-run guest house with free Wi-Fi. Free public parking is also available nearby.

We especially liked the location, the very comfy beds and the thoughtful breakfast basket. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Top class establishment. You need to be fit mind to walk up hill from the high street. Bear in mind that getting a taxi is not an easy task. St Peter’s Port is fabulous with an array of high quality restaurants and great bars. Take care whilst walking - the locals seem to drive too quickly for the narrow streets. The hotel provided a free lift back to the Condor Ferry terminal in their Range Rover. Nice touch. The pool and spa facilities are very good. The staff are on the ball and friendly with it.

The attitude of the staff - always friendly and helpful. The room was small but for one person appropriate. Facilities within the room were extremely good. Although I would have preferred breakfast to be available, the choice and standard of restaurants in the immediate vicinity more than made up for this. Although disabled, I was able to walk to the hotel from the port. I was very impressed with the attitude of the locals - very helpful even when busy. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.

Great host, very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated and bright with lovely sea views. Bathroom clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast waited for us every morning at the door - great selection of food: various cereal, fresh milk, orange/apple juice, yoghurts, freshly baked ham baguette or croissant, cheese, butter, jam and fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, watermelon). Amazing !

Upgraded from single to king/queen bed at no extra charge. Plenty of storage space. Room very clean. Breakfast very good, generous continental or cooked. Food generous and tasty. Quiet room with view over rear gardens and pool although the hotel has a well used lively bar and restaurant including many locals using.

Excellent staff, good central location, the fact that a lot of the locals eat at the restaurant tells you that they must be doing something right. Very friendly atmosphere. Good food is another bonus. Our room had a balcony (many of them also did) which is nice on a sunny day.

The hotel is in a good location about 750 metres from the centre of town. It has nice grounds which are full of history with the Bunker from the second world war within the grounds. Certainly worth a visit. The staff are also very helpful and friendly and the bar is always well visited by holidaymakers and locals.
