It is up the hill from the downtown and harbour, but Agios Nikolaos is very hilly anyways! There were stairs to go up to the suite, not a problem for us but perhaps to someone with mobility issues. This is a wonderful place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. We booked an appartment with seaview which really was very nice. We very much liked the situation with two rooms and the large balcony. The big fridge and the Nespresso coffemaker were exceptionally comfortable.
