Ms. Ruza was very kind both during our stay there and afterward. Indeed, I forgot bag with 3 pairs of shoes. Ms Ruza's son send it over to my address and. Since the first trial of shipment was not successful due to issues with the local postal service, he personally took care of the bag with the shoes and managed to finally send it to my address via Zagreb. I really appreciated all his effort and commitment!
