24 hours later and I'm still in awe of how amazing Asseu is!!!This place is absolutely stunning!!! An actual "hidden gem". I'm running out of positive verbs, so excuse the repetition: bedroom - spotlessly clean , large, modern, comfortable, every convenience and to top it off....thee most stunning view to wake up to. Plus, how can you not fall in love with a place where you go to sleep with the sound of crashing waves 🤩🤩😍😍 Staff - Sara is the most welcoming and kind host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made our stay even more special. Thank you, thank you xx Breakfast - well, I mean, this was exceptional. There was everything we could have wished for and Sara even made us eggs to order 😍

Beautiful small B&B in a quiet location, very clean, lovely spacious rooms and stunning pool! Delicious breakfast and short walk to the centre and train station for access to Cinque Terre, would say a car isn’t necessary! Staff were so friendly and helpful and such a friendly bunch to welcome us to the hotel! They helped us with recommendations

She recommended an authentic restaurant frequented by locals, with great service and great food. Since our train didn't leave until late in the afternoon, we had the opportunity to check out later.

I rented the room (his room during the winter) towards the courtyard and it was bright with daylight and incredibly quiet. He has one of the most comfortable beds, I ever slept in. Another highlight is his breakfast. There is a nice selection to choose from. The coffee is great and he offers fresh pastry and fruit every day. We felt very at home and very welcome in the B&B. We were there as a young family with a one year old baby - we could babyproof most of our room and got the freedom to do so. The B&B is easy to get to (10min from the trainstation) and is located in the heart of Sestri - which is great because everything you need is close (food, bars, shops and most importantly the magnificent bay of silence).FranziskaFamily with young children

And when we left she gave us a lovely bottle of wine and offered us her umbrella as it was raining. Not in the centre of Sestri Levante but only 1 km away from the train to all the cinque terre and to amazing restaurants in Riva Rigosos like La Gardenerie which is just amazing. Thoroughly recommend Maria's place as an ideal base to see the cinque terre and surrounding area. Authentic and not swamped with tourists.

Very clean apartment with everything we needed including good kitchen equipment, washing machine, etc. The private garden was lovely and peaceful. location was great for us - around 20 mins walk to the nearest town and beach and green grocer, pizza takeaway and pharmacy on the same street. Parking outside free too. Would definitely go back again.
