The hosts are a very lovely elderly couple who hosted us with great warmth and hospitality. We felt so at home, even though if we communicated via the Google Translator (this is totally viable)! The room is very cozy and has a magnificent view on the Tama River down below. We definitely recommend to take the breakfast option: it is a traditional Japanese breakfast prepared by the hosts, it was very delicious. They have two cute cats, which visit while you eat. We regret staying only for two days!

Wonderful stay at this Shukubo. Staff was amazing. The room was very big and had access to the terrace with an amazing view over the mountains. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were super delicious, Everything was superb!
