This is a lovely locally owned/managed small guest house. It is run by Sudeka and his family who are from the area. Great attention has been paid to every little detail and it is the simplicity that makes the place so special. We came for the safari and it was close enough to the park so getting there was not an issue. I look forward to returning and doing the Tuk Tuk safari that they offer of the birds and crocs! The owner is super friendly and goes further in other to help. On the day we arrived there was a huge rain flooding the streets and creating a black out in some areas. Our place had that problem and he stayed up until 3am trying to solve it, which he did. Also the breakfast was amazing: egg hoppers, Dal and coconut roti. The rooms are great also and the place looks beautiful by the lake. It looks just like in the pictures.
