The place is exceptional and beyond expectation, great location, best beach, 10 min walking. Very clean and really friendly staff. Adam and Mervin are great hosts, plus Adam is a great chef, and for a very responsible price, you can have best fish in the world. Highly recommend the place for a great holiday , to rent a car is best to get around Seychelles, for shopping and visit place nearby. There is a beautiful restaurant 2 min walking and the food is delicious. The view and the pool is absolutely beautiful, me and my girlfriend didn't expect to find out that the place is more beautiful than the pictures on booking. Com . We will visit again and we wish Mervin and Adam all the best.

John, the host of this place gives you a complete picture of the place. He arranged the rent a car for me which got delivered to airport. He is super friendly that my son got attached to the place after the stay. Keep up the good work John.

Please read the review as it maybe pertinent to your stay. The apartment is located uphill,with a very steep slope. You will have to carry the bags for almost 50 metres ( on a steep slope) from the car parking space. Having said that, the apartment itself is wonderful, and well equipped. It has breath taking views of the ocean. Has a nice garden as well. The hosts are lovely and try to make your stay comfortable. A good location if you plan to visit beaches of south Mahe.

The view is AMAZING and it is right from the balcony of your room. The property itself is beautiful. The breakfast was the best we've had in Seychelles and you must order one.

Simply everything! Best view for the sunset. It was also very comfortable, that there's a cleaning included every 2nd day (as there's always a lot of sand around after the beaches).

Guest house is always kept clean and tidy. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Guidance provided by Ms.Mavis is most informative and very useful for sightseeing. Hassle free and most economical transport arrangements are made by Ms.Mavis that really made our trip very comfortable and memorable. Seychelles is exceptionally beautiful place to visit and Grann kaz guest house is centrally located that facilities very convenient access to all important tourist spots. If I were to have one more chance to visit Seychelles, I would definitely prefer to stay in Grann kaz guest house. We are thankful to Ms.Mavis for making our trip inexpensive by her proper guidance. We also would like to thank Mr.Jagath for his support during our stay in the guest house.

The property is affordable and good value for money. Modern finishes, the attention to detail with the decor, the jacuzzi. I’m t was breathtaking clean his and her basin the lighting on the mirror and a gorgeous shower with a niche. I literally loved everything. The pictures on booking.com don’t justice to place.
