Wonderful view of the sea. Very breezy, enough sunbeds to chill by the pool. Beautiful beaches reachable by car or a hike. The breanfast was included and perfectly fine with the choices we had. The regular coffe could be stronger, but we could order espressos. Had serveral times lunch and also dinner there. Everything was good, they also fullfilled our extra whishes. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to other friends!

On the side of city closer to Nartë beach and Zvërnec. 2.5 km to the Vlorë port and 3.2 km to the bus station.

We had the room type with a massive terrace, it felt like we were really on holiday. The specifications on the room were really high, justifying the price. The location is out of the really noisy/busy part of town, yet an easy 20 minute walk to the lovely beachfront restaurants.

And for Anna, there really isn't any problem with day-to-day communication. She is friendly and prepares a good breakfast. It feels like being surrounded by an oasis due to the beautiful gardens and small vegetable/fruit farm. This is a nice stop on your way south. Even the sandy beach is surprisingly long and easy to swim in.

Property had a huge veranda for gatheting and chilling outside. Location is great as well. 10/10
