Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. The room was wondefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. Their young dog, Amy, was gentle and nice. We were there 5 days, and the whole stay was a pleasant surprise.

We travelled in family and although we arrived more than 1.5hours after the appointment, Tina was fabulous. She always is ready to help planning your trip. We were provided with maps and recommendations. Tina has her guesthouse clean, and it is a nice place to spend some days. It is close to the center ant well communicated with metro, tramvia and buses. The bathroom was clean, ordered and calm (although just in front of the window there is a bus station). In general it has a good balance between quality and pricew. 100% recommended.
