The location was excellent - beautiful area and Alex the owner is a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are a little dated and basic but very clean, I had a comfortable night there. The room was double glazed so not much noise even on the street side but it made it quite warm at times. I didn't have the breakfast but it all looked very clean and organised. Its a small place so don't expect 24 hour reception etc but I would recommend and would stay there again.

The property is set in the 06. Mariahilf district. The apartment was spacious and clean in a very good location. I recommend it for the families with kids as everything is so close. There are a lot of places to eat and do some shopping. You can quickly get to Rathaus and the Stephansplatz. We really enjoyed staying at this property. The parking was offered by host in an underground parking and it's 14 Euros/day. The host was extremely kind.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. very attentive guest relations in a very warm environment with great attention to detail and relaxation.We are looking forward to accommodating our business partners in the pension again soon because the support is really awesome!

Amazing location, so convenient, beautiful building, very comfortable room, we felt welcome and Tina was always available to answer questions and help.

WiFi is available in the building. This was a special place to stay, it is in a fantastic central location, and it's very quiet despite being next to a Xmas market.

Such a lovely apartment, the bathroom and whirlpool were definitely the highlights of the property. The location was so central and the host was very responsive which made our stay excellent.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. 7brunnen is a great hostel. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the direct bus line to the center. The hostel itself was quite nice. The beds had everything…socket, light, shelf and curtains (dark out ones!). The showers were great and had plenty of hot water. There was a nice common room as well. There were plenty of supermarkets and food options around in the neighborhood. The staff and owner/ manager was so nice and helpful! This was a perfect place to stay. Thank you! 😀

The property is located 2.2 km from Musikverein, 2.2 km from Karlskirche and 2.3 km from MuseumsQuartier. Free WiFi is available and Leopold Museum is 2.3 km away. The room was spacious, with heating, comfortable bed, shower, bathroom, tv and wifi. There was a dining room with a kitchen and a small fridge on the ground floor, so you could have breakfast or eat. I didn't meet any of the staff just by messages and they answer your questions. I checked in after 8:00 p.m., and there is no one but they leave you instructions on how to get the key, the checkout you leave the key in the same place of arrival. It is located two minutes from a metro stop, pilgramgasse, in ten minutes you can reach the center by metro, there is a McDonald's at the stop and the supermarket is one minute from the pension.
