This was a big surprise. I was expecting an average b & b but this place is beyond amazing. The owners are most welcoming and have obviously spent a lot of time and money refurbishing the interior to exceptionally high standards. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a honesty bar and a lounge area. Gorgeous freshly cooked breakfast.

Breakfast was heavenly: delicious and such attention to detail. I live in Japan and this was right up there in terms of 'omotenashi' which means hospitality. Furnishings, decor also first rate. Set in beautiful Llanwrtyd Wells, the smallest town in Britain, this family-run guesthouse provides comfortable accommodation complemented by traditional hospitality and modern comforts in this... Lorna the host is amazing, nothing was too much trouble even arranged flowers for my partner's birthday 😊. Beautifully clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Will definitely go back for another visit
