Extremely friendly staff, great rooms - everything is new. Free parking! Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.

Very clean room, well equipped with good AC, a kettle, and internet. The host left us some coffee, toiletries and even few snacks, which we appreciated. The location was great as it was not too busy and noisy but still under 10min walk to the center. We are very satisfied with our choice of staying there.

The room was extremely clean and stylish. Since Split is very hot during the summer, to be able to cool down in the AC equipped room was highly appreciated. A cup of coffee to be available is always a plus. The host was very helpful and flexible when she realized that we were arriving late to the apartment.

Set in Stari Grad, Town House Rosario is 500 metres from Petar Hektorovic Palace and offers various facilities, such as a terrace. Everything about this place is perfect. Attention to detail in preserving the old house, spottles clean room, very warm welcome from the host and the most comfortable bed to rest after a long day. We’ll be back for sure!
