Very easy to find as the owner will send you a lot of information just before your arrival together with a picture. You don’t get in touch with anyone just get your keys from the mailbox and go to your room. Very clean, good smelling, everything you need is well thought off and available in the room. Kitchen, stow, water cooker, vacuum, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, a hanger for your clothes, even a washing machine! We had to change some dates during our stay and the owner has been very very helpful always reachable, with fast communication and best solutions. When we come again to Osaka we will consider this place again. We were very sad leaving it as we really felt like at home.
