The owners Catherine and Stewart were the perfect hosts! They had a great balance between privacy and sharing important information about where to go.

The Pacific Room, Tapeka Point, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Russell, 200 metres from Tapeka Point Beach, 2.8 km from Long Beach, as well as 1.2 km from Flagstaff Hill. Christ church is 2.3 km away and Russell Museum is 2.3 km from the guest house. Beautiful place with excellent facilities. Bridgette welcoming and friendly. Comfiest bed ever. Thank you.

Offering a garden and garden view, Kaingarua Retreat is located in Kerikeri, 19 km from Opua Forest and 5.5 km from Kemp House and Stone Store. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Waitangi Treaty Grounds is 21 km from the guest house. Spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. Lovely sunny living area and blackout blinds in the bedroom for a deep sleep. The bed was also comfortable.

The rooms at the guest house are fitted with a seating area. Every room is fitted with a kettle, while selected rooms here will provide you with a kitchenette with a microwave. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The breakfast supplies were varied and ample. The surrounds of the gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed strolling around them. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing information about good restaurants and things to do in the area. The accomodation was only a 5 minute drive to Paihia.

We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

The cradle of this multi-cultural country, the nation’s iconic and unmissable Waitangi Treaty Grounds and national marae (Maori meeting house) are also close by, along with wineries and boutique cheese, confectioners and a farmers’ market. Just 7 minutes’ drive from all this, handy to the bustling yet laid-back townships of Kerikeri and Paihia, with their restaurants, food oulets and souvenir shops, you’ll discover the space and peace of The Riverside Homestead. Property was exceptional with balcony overlooking beautiful plantings leading down to a river. Located in a very quiet area but easily accessible to Bay of Islands. Very clean and great attention to every detail. Highly recommended!!!

Spacious bathroom, many little details in the room that made staying comfortable.

This guest house features free private parking and private check-in and check-out. The guest house offers sea views and a sun terrace. Stacy is a super lovely host. We had issues with the booking and she fixt everything for us. The accomodation has a great view and a beautiful terrace to use. For us everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted for our stay.

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Lovely large property, really comfortable. Owner was brilliant and so friendly. The views were AMAZING. It's a most definite place to stay.
