The 5-star guest house has river views, and guests can enjoy access to BBQ facilities . Chalet Karaka was absolutely delightful - a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful, tranquil bushy setting with a small picturesque stream running at the bottom of the garden. The shower was fantastic - excellent pressure with a lovely glass side looking out onto the private garden and stream. The room was spacious and well appointed and the icing on the cake was the generous outdoor undercover living area/deck complete with a Weber for all your barbecue requirements. Ngairie, our host, was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The House Truck itself is wonderfully quirky with lots of interessting details and features - especially the outdoor hottub. We spend an entire evening stargazing in it. Nat and Grant are great hosts. The breakfast was fabulous and we got lots of helpful information. In combination with the location in what felt like the middle of nowhere, it truly was like a whole nother world.

Fabulous location. Great host. Lovely decking and pretty garden with its own mini hobbit door. Well appointed suite with freedom to enjoy the garden and sit on the deck enjoying a glass of wine. Good very local convenience store within a few minutes' walk, next to Farewell Spit tours. Beach very close. Would recommend.
