Mambo Hideaway is a delightful oasis with an outdoor bar and lovely garden. I stayed in the bungalow and it was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good shower. Aziz and Glorie were terrific hosts. Glorie lives on site, takes care of everything, makes a delicious, abundant breakfast and will go out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She even bought more fuel for the generator so I could access some important messages on wifi. Mambo Hideaway is a great value, run by warm and caring people and I'm very glad I stayed there.

Sahla was very friendly and cooked for us delicious home cooked meals (better than restaurants). The beds were great. We had a house for ourselves. An excellent place to stay.

It was a great stay at this homestay/hostel. We had a comfortable room and everything was clean. We had transport organized for us smoothly and a great breakfast served in the morning. I recommend staying here if you’re staying in Arusha.

My booking was very last minute and she accommodated me brilliantly. Even having her son walk to the market with me the first time to make sure I didn’t get lost.
