Beautifully designed, and the garden was a sanctuary. We had a wonderful meal in the garden cooked by the host’s family at short notice, on a table made from an old fashioned bicycle, with twinkly strings of lights everywhere.

Breakfast good and plentiful. We stayed for two weeks and they never served the same thing twice in a row. Items off menu for other meals were delicious. There are not a lot of eating options on the island but after two weeks we scoped out everything to be had. The location was lovely and the grounds were beautifully kept. The free bicycles were a bonus.

This was probably the best place we stayed in all of Vietnam, mostly because of the friendly staff, the facilities and location.

Set in Vĩnh Long in the Vinh Long region, Sông Mê Home offers accommodation with free private parking. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a sun... EVERYTHING! - Absolutely comfortable home stay with delicious food prepared by Hong’s mother and her staff. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable at her home. She helped us booking bus tickets to get there, motorbike transportation, boat tours, motorbike, etc. The rooms are spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. We took bicycles to discover the beautiful area, then a motorbike to go a bit further away. We loved Hong’s family, the food, the home. Thank you very much, it was a pleasure to stay at such a beautiful peaceful place.
