Location, efficient & helpful staff from frontline to service including cleaners & maintenance team. Pool is lovely, bars are fun & food is delicious. Thank you to the restaurant manager & reception team… I lost my bag late at night, the manager picked it up (a Louis Vuitton) with everything in it (ID & money), sent an sms to all staff & the following morning Reception reassured me they had it & gave it to me (nothing missing) Wow 🤩
