Starting from the customer service, which is responsive and professional, continuing to the staff at the hostel, and finally - the accommodation. I can't remember when was the last time I slept so well, my mattress was so comfortable. The hygiene, the location, the facilities, everything is top-notch. The room was a good size for our family of 5, our young kids were delighted to discover what a youth hostel is. The cleanliness was OK, the accommodations were according to our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving hints on how to discover the city and where to go. The breakfast in the morning was diverse and of good quality.
