The best staff, everything very well cleaned, good bed, fast wifi, healthy breakfast, it’s near to everything. The walking tour is also amazing, the bar is neat, the best city hostel I’ve been.

The accomodation was absolutely perfect. Very helpful, approachable and friendly personnel all the way from the booking to the departure. Very clean and neat accomodation in heart of Berlin made our experience absolutely unforgetable. 10/10 peace!

The staff are amazing, I felt really well looked after. I think as a young (21) traveller solo travelling Europe, the property was not large enough nor did it have suitable facilities to allow meeting new people and sharing a travel experience. This is of no fault to the owner, however I think this hostel should market towards older travellers looking for a cheap, comfortable and kind place to stay, and avoid marketing itself as place to meet new people or have fun.

A cool modern vibe at this hostel, with neon decor and a central courtyard with a seating area. The room was great, with under the bed storage, a back-lit dressing table mirror and plugs/lamps in each bedspace. Separate toilet and shower rooms meant that they could be used at the same time. Overall, this hostel is good for socialising and meeting people, with a great location for going out in Berlin.

i was worried as ive never stayed in a hostel and it was my first city break without parents. acama was amazing! friendly staff, great location, v clean, extremely affordable. the hallways are a bit daunting but other than that i don’t have a single complaint. it’s also in the best location (10 min walk from Kreuzberg Bergmannstarße) 11/10 have recommended it to everyone ! (also felt v safe as an 18 year old girl traveling with friends)
