Great location, exceptionally clean and the room was huge with a lovely view of the square. Great base for the Quilotoa Loop Trek and they even stored our larger luggage until we returned. Staff were also fantastic.

Courteous staff and onsite tour (Cotopaxi tour is only $35pp with lunch. Recommend as a budget alternative to the Secret Garden offering) information and booking. Good breakfast and a kitchen guest can use. The hostel is also a sister hostel to the all famous Cloud Forest hostel on the Quilotoa loop that with the same level of hospitality and affordable. Don't miss when you do the loop!

The room was spacious. The receptionist was so so lovely and she did some of our laundry for us and managed to get two stains out which is incredible!

Private rooms have good value for money, could be a bit more modern but rooms are clean and the showers are hot and reliable (we stayed in 2 different rooms before and after the hike). Staff is very helpful in answering questions about Quilotoa and storing luggage.
