Huge and clean rooms. 5 minute walk for kiosks and 10 to the beach. Friendly staff (patient with us and our limited spanish), laundry service and free water and bananas were a nice surprise!

The staff was super nice!! Claudia who makes breakfast was the best!!! Great view from the top floor dining area. Yes there was hot water, and the AC worked very well.

The los tunnels Tour was a bit more pricy than in other agency’s. Makes sense to compare the deals.
