The rooms are exactly that a bunk bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower sink and toilet in it. Just what you need to rest your head after a long hike. Like its as basic as you can get which for me is exactly what i wanted. The pub downstairs also sells food and does a breakfast from 8.30 and the food there is great too! Incredible value for money, especially going in December when I went. Great kitchen facilities to make your own food. I ended up being ‘upgraded’ to a 6 person dormitory all to myself. The beds all have plug sockets accessible which was great and a little light also. A very well structured and kept hostel. The breakfast was good value for money.KirstenSolo traveller

The location is ideal for walking up Yr Wyddfa and there are shutle buses to take you to and from parking in Nant Peris. Its a a shame the hostel didnt have their own parking. I recommend this hostel and would stay there again.

More outdoor seating means less car parking which is tricky during peak times. No bedding etc supplied. But staff friendly, great location and cheap as chips!

The hostel has also a Pub that offers food and drinks from noon till evening. Unfortunately people tend to be very loud while enjoying themselves in the courtyard and it can be a problem for a light sleeper. I was in an en-suite double room (bunk bed) and it was very basic but functional.
