Good communication from the property in the lead up to the stay. Comfortable bed, clean property with everything you would need. I only stayed one night so didn’t use everything available. Radiator worked great so could set the temperature to what I wanted. Good toiletries available in the bathroom. Property was actually very quiet. As a solo traveller I requested a first floor apartment which was granted and felt very safe.

The Igloo hostel is in a alcove making it a safe stay. It is central to all the city's facilities ie: restaurants, shops, and the main tourist attractions. It’s in a great location for a city break as you’re right in the middle of the city. it was the cheapest hotel we could find and was a good price. it has a lively hostel vibe. we were in an ensuite room and were perfectly happy with everything. there were plenty of choices of teas and coffee in the communal area. We were a bit worried at first, being so close to the front door, but we didn’t hear a thing and slept really well :-)
