We stayed for many days here. Perfect location especially for families with sport tendencies. A few minutes walking distance to supermarkets and shops and little more to the town center, train/bus stations and central park. The room price is great for what you get in return, can't ask for more! The owner is friendly. Definitely recommended, and will stay again when in lovely Borjomi!

The owner is extremely attentive to the needs of the guests. My son hurt himself badly and the owner simply took charge and took care of the situation like we were part of his own family, from taking us to the hospital several times and asking and checking continuously on my kid. It made us feel safe and we were in good hands. The staff were extremely helpful and so nice. They spoke perfect English too.
