We stayed for many days here. Perfect location especially for families with sport tendencies. A few minutes walking distance to supermarkets and shops and little more to the town center, train/bus stations and central park. The room price is great for what you get in return, can't ask for more! The owner is friendly. Definitely recommended, and will stay again when in lovely Borjomi!

The large balcony and the view of the town and hills was amazing. Davit was very welcoming when I arrived and also arranged a tour to Vardzia and provided a lovely breakfast on my 1st morning.
