I didn't know Georgia at all, although have been in Armenia for six months. This place is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the bus stop into town and beyond, and also to the beach. The best thing was the view especially at sunset from the balcony. Everything was clean, the family who own the place are very friendly and respectful, and the kitchen facilities were perfect.
