Everything: location, staff, comfort, delicious breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Guys helped us with luggage and taxi when needed. Girls in the coffee shop were reaaly nice to chat with.

I stayed for two nights at Bajo Bunk House. Unfortunately, I got sick on my way to Labuan Bajo, so I needed to rest all day. It was clean and comfortable, and the host made me feel like being home. They cared for me and helped me with organizing my ferry ticket back to Lombok. I could also rent a motorbike directly from her. If I'll come back to Labuan Bajo, I will definitely stay there again!

Location of this place is excellent, about 3 minutes walk up some stairs between buildings from the main street (that's the "shortcut", Google maps will tell you to go around, just ask at any travel agency if not sure). Kitchen was basic, but sufficient to make tea/coffee and some food if you want to cook, there is a fridge. As mentioned in other posts, toilet stalls have curtains instead of doors - I didn't find this problematic. The dorm room has an entrance straight onto the alley, weird first, but you get used to it, it's the way a local house is set up in these parts. The dorm room has good A/C and is dark enough to sleep with curtains closed. There is a terrace on the upper floor to sit on, the view is a bit obstructed by a new construction next door, but still nice breeze when hot and a sea in the distance. I was told they plan on building another terrace/hang out space in a house just across the alley. Overall the whole place has a nice relaxed vibe, you feel you are living like a local, I loved staying there. Wanted to extend, but they were full and I had to move to another place 20min walk away :(

Super friendly owner, great hospitality. She help us organize tours, bus tickets and scooter rental. She recommended some good restaurants also. We felt a little sick during our stay so she cooked for us and we didn't have to left our room. Room was big and clean, no hot water but that didn't bother us. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was little out of town, but with a scooter thats not a problem. Cute childrens and cute dogs. We felt really welcome and would love to come back someday.

Everything, clean bedding (a bit flowery), we had double room ensuite. Helpful and friendly staff, good food especially the breakfast. Access to the town excellent from the rear of the property with no steps (I have knee problems) Liked it so much extended our stay. Good food in the evening too with a cold Bintang! Arranged our trip to Komodo
