Had their fantastic breakfast one morning as had to pay extra for it, not included in our deal, room only. Bar food was good too. Great location for exploring the city. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, they were very good to accommodate out many requests!! Thank you. Parking is free and safe. there is no need to take the car if you are going into town. It's only a 10 to 15 min walk. There is a Lidl nearby. On road to dunmore east .. chip shop, chinese takeaway and shop right beside apartments. Lidl and supervalu just down the road. Very clean. Ensuite in each bedroom. Very comfortable and staff very helpful and place very safe. Great for accessing Dunmore east and coastal drives . Lovely old style pubs in waterford and with music sessions... some great restaurants.. very suitable for self catering accommodation and for exploring waterford city and county and waterford greenway
