Everything. The rooms are among the tidiest and cleanest I have ever seen in any hostel. Everything is sparkly clean. They have a great library common room, high speed wifi, and free filtered water. Also the 2 dogs they have are absolutely lovely and want to cuddle all the time. But all of that pales in comparison to the helpfulness and patience of the staff there. I asked a million questions, trying to organize trips and permits and they helped me along every step of the way. Calling them, even after hours, they did what they could and I am immensely thankful for that. I was even escorted to the bus when leaving to make absolutely sure everything goes smoothly. This amount and dedication to service, for this small price. Well. I am left speechless. 10/10 hopefully I can come back one day with a group to check out all the cool places one needs special permits for in Sikkim that I missed this time.

Great people, warm stay, nice travel community, tasty and healthy food with variety of options, view is to die for. Good local guidance from the hosts for all of Sikkim. Wonderful for longer stays. Excellent value for money

Great place to chill out very comfortable and the cleanest bed sheets of India. Very sunny in lot of common space to have a nice talk to the host or to the guests. Always again. I loved it.
