This hostel is very nice! We stayed here 3 nights. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean! The staff is very nice and helpful! Everywhere is written down how to get around to the sights around the lake and which bus you should take! I would really recommend staying here!

Central location. Staff were helpful and kind and spoke good English. The room was super clean, spacious and warm (in a cold December night) Shower hot water and pressure was good. Speedy wifi. The included breakfast as well as tea and coffee in the their coffee shop was excellent with very cosy interior design. A large common area is accessible to all guest with fridge, microwave and kettle. It was quite and calm. I would stay here again.

While the location is slightly outside of the main part of town, I thought the experience was 100% worth it. The owners have created a magical oasis at Happy Nomad, with comfortable accommodations, tasty food, and a charming setting. The family is absolutely adorable! Highly recommend.

Hostel Nice is such a chill hostel. Jen is the sweetest and so so helpful. She looked up things for me to do in Karakol in case I was bored. And she always helped me out - even coming with me to the store to rent snowshoes. Greatest and nicest staff!!! And best hostel in Karakol!!

Everything was quick and easy, and hostel is placed really good near a nice ortodox wooden church. Place is also full of travelers who are open to activities which is the reason why everyone comes to Karakol. On the reception you can also find detailed information about really nice places to visit, even in the snow you can hike and explore (if you have what it takes). If I come back I would try to stay here again.

Duet hostel is perfect, the hostel has good cooking facilities and a clean dormitory. There is alsoa cafe & bar next door where you can enjoy a beer and a meal with a selection of European and local dishes. Town is only a 10 minutes walk away and has several supermarkets. The staff are excellent and very knowleadgeable regarding transpoert connections and hiking in the area.
