Very kind and helpful staff, just loved them. Great rooms with comfortable beds, lockers, personal light. It has great common spaces with tv, kitchens etc. Everything is sparkling clean. They provide washing machine, kitchen utensils, two towels and many other things. I just loved this place! Worth staying for a longer time!

Great cosy homestay. I stayed here for 6 nights and it was an absolute delight. From check-in to check-out it was glitch free. Lena, who runs the establishment is a very kind and helpful women. She is there to help you whenever you are in some confusion. She recommends amazing tours and food places. Now coming to the stay, the biggest highlight was the facility and cleanliness - Top notch. Rooms are comfortable and did not felt cold at all. You have hot water and all necessary toiletries. Free wifi is also available. It's walking distance from city and I recommend you do that because the street is so beautiful. I would defined choose this property if I am in Almaty again.
