Traveller Bunker Hostel 1 is offering accommodation in Cameron Highlands. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation offers an ATM, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests.

I like how the place is strategic, like you can get to places within walking distance ;eg banks, laundry, market, food, convenience store, bus stop. Also if you guys want to go for a trip in cameron like half day or full day, you can ask the receptionist. I took a half day trip to mossy forest for me its fun! The facilities there is so good, like there's kitchen you can cook your own food, and a theatre room; you can hang out watch netflix or play PS.

We love how the hostel was set up. Bed sheets are so soft :D It has great location also. But the most amazing thing was Hafiq who made us very comfortable even there was a horribly loud group of family checked in. He made sure we are good. Thank you so much for that.

The place is very well located in the heart of Tanah Rata, right next to the market and many restaurants. The rooms are modern and new, the bed is comfortable and the owners and staff is very nice, alwasy down to help us with anything we needed. They provided us towels upon request. The restaurant next door is also theirs (Curry Leaf), we ate here both nights as we loved it so much 😌 There is also free water in the communal kitchen and a big kettle if you need some hot water. At the end of the hall, you can also sit on a tiny outside balcony that has 2 chairs and a little table 😌

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

I think this is probably the best hostel in town. The best part was probably the social aspect, if you're looking to meet some folks they have great morning hikes for that. It was overall pretty clean for Malaysian standards. The staff try to be as helpful as possible, esp the volunteer at the cafe. We booked the half-day tour through them, which ended up nicer than we expected (granted we didn't expect much). The guide was nice.

Probably one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Bunks are comfortable, equipped with light and plug. Front has a curtain so they are like a little room to yourself. Although the lower floor dorm is huge, people are quiet. Place is run by international volunteers, there is plenty info on what to do, easy to socialize, group hike every morning. Even has some gym equipment and a TV for Netflix in a communal lounge room upstairs. There is a small bar for drinks. Location is super central.

one of the best hostel I’ve been in this 6 months around Asia! It’s a whole building, turned in a hostel, so it can fit more than 80 people easily. The dorms are pretty big, with 2 en suite bathrooms. Beautiful and many common area, good cafe, nice staff, I enjoyed my time there a lot.

Really social hostel, great tour options available at desk, very helpfull personnel. My friend and I slept in a 4 person dorm which was spacious, bunk beds have curtains and we're comfortable, only made a bit of noise whil turning around in bed. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

This was honestly on of the best hostels I stayed at. The beds have curtains and sometimes a window, so you can have your privacy. Everything is really clean, the wifi is good... The hostel is really social, you will meet a lot of people there. There are multiple common areas and a kitchen that is fully equipped. Aaron and the rest of the staff were really welcoming and will help you with either getting a guided tour or will show you hiking trails you can do on your own. I almost stayed a week and didn't want to leave.

Location. Easy to finds food and its walking distance. If you are thinking to have a safe, easy access place to crash for the night with a cheap price n large sq ft, yes, you can go ahead n book this place. And if you are super light sleeper, this is not the place to stay for more than 1 night stay...
