Really helpful contacting the captain of a cargo boat we could take from El Bluff when the ferry didn't turn up at Bluefields as scheduled on the Wednesday. The negatives that I have mentioned are not about the hostel .

Ferci is such a welcoming and kind host you’ll enjoy spend some time with even for a short chat. The hostel is nearby the pier of Bluefields where the boats leave to the Corn Islands. Also, there are supermarkets & restaurants close by. Facilities are clean and the kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals. I’ve stayed both in the dormitory as well as in the private room and both are simply a perfect place where to stay. You can pay at arrival both in cordobas as well as in US dollars.
