Really nice staff and a great location. We planned our trip to Colca Canyon with them and it was very easy and the owner was really helpful with all the details - they even made sure they were awake at 3.30am in case we had any problems with the bus picking us up. Such a good atmosphere - really fun bar and a great Halloween party! There is also a simple but nice breakfast on the lovely roof terrace in the mornings and the location is really close to central Arequipa. The staff really made us feel welcome and took us out on the town for a great night. Can’t recommended this place enough!

Nice property. Clean, comfortable. Good shared kitchen with everything you need, clean bathrooms, showers with hot water. Great location, maybe 10 or 15 minutes away from the historic center. Multiple shops very close by, large grocery stores and smaller places. Friendly staff, it's a nice place overall.

Very friendly hostel with warm helpful staff who make an effort to remember your name giving it a family feel. Breakfast is very social as everyone sits around a table together so easy to meet other people. Has a kitchen for guests. Downstairs room a little cold at night but extra blankets are available. The evenings are quiet, definitely not a party place . Staff want out of their way to make sure myself and others could extend despite being full by even repurposing a private room as a dorm

Price was excellent for a room with everything I need. Basic, but that is all I needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. When it came to transportation to and from the airport they not only knew/recommended trusted services, they also made sure to look after you and ensure that drivers gave a solid/agreed upon price. The latter part is something I rarely see hotel owners/operators do. Highly recommended. The location was also great and one can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas, Plaza San Francisco, and great restaurants like Chicha and Victoria Picanteria within 10 minutes or so.

It is basic and simple but that doesn’t matter when it is such good value for money. Everything was perfectly clean, including the shared bathroom. This is in the best location possible in the city, really safe and super central - right next to the main square and all tourist attractions. A simple breakfast included which was nice.
