All units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, a hairdryer and a wardrobe. Each room includes a private bathroom, while selected rooms have a balcony and others also offer a city view. At the hostel the rooms include bed linen and towels.

We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Really friendly people running this place. Stefan makes the best pancakes in the world. In the garden of the hostel are at least three joyful cats. The place is clean and tidy. If you are with a car, then there's a spot on the street next to the hostel.

The best hostel in all Azores! Really good vibes, loving hosts, dreaming place, near from everything you need. I loved the interaction between people, the dinners preparated at nights by the team or the guests, excellent! I'll definitely stay more nights with them.

The hostel is very clean and well-equipped. I really like the fact that they have a private bathroom in every room. The view from the living room is fantastic. Luis and Eduarda are very nice and helpful. The location is very good, too. It's next to the church and ferry terminal. It's also close to the municipal market and the supermarket.

This is more than just an ordinary hostel, it's more like community place. Stefan loves his project and always tries to please people, this guy really CARES about people. The backyard is more like a botanical garden and there is even co-working room, where you can work and focus on your stuff. Special hostel for the special place.
