Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

The hostel was clean and tidy and had a big common area which included kitchen (with coffemaker!) and dining table. There was even a free to use washing machine. The staff we met was nice and chill, the room was clean but nothing too fancy - it's a hostel after all. On the bottom floor were only to bathrooms, so you might have to wait a little to take a shower, if lots of people arrive at the same time as you.

The owner has changed his grandmother's house into a very nice hostel with a lot of love for details. They have a fully equipped common kitchen as well as a washing machine and a dryer, for which I was very thankful! Furthermore, they have a nice common area with a big table and a big couch. I can only recommend!

This place is one of the most homely cosy hostels I've ever stayed in. You're welcomed with "welcome home" which was a nice touch. Roaring fire. Free washing machine and dryer. More like having a sleepover in someone's house vs a hostel.

This host deserves an award for hospitality! I felt so welcome and they created such a good vibe. Thanks to them, it felt more like spending an evening with family than an evening with strangers in a small hostel. Awesome place, and please do follow the host's bakery advice because best pastel de nata and bread there!
