Located in the heart of historic Kungälv, 2.5 km from the 14th-century Bohus Fortress, is Nordiska Folkhögskolan Bed and Breakfast. Fontins Nature Reserve is next to the property.

All rooms at Nordiska Folkhögskolan are located in different buildings, within walking distance of the main building. Each building has a common TV lounge and a basic kitchenette with a microwave and kettle. The guest rooms have either shared or private bathrooms. Some rooms also include a TV and seating area.

The B en B is located on an hill near Kungalv. It is an big terrain with several bungalows. When you pick up your key at the reception they provide you an map with clear route information. My bungalow had 6 rooms with 2 showers and 2 toiletts. Everything was very clean except for some hairs on one of the chairs in my room. Behind the reception desk there is an beautiful view point from which you look straight to Fort Bohus and on the right you have a river very nice to sit here in the evening and see the sun set over the river.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Cheap hotel with good standard - Something with the sw.pool not in use laste 3 years, but it doesn't matter on a overnight stay. Good breakfast and nice view from inside/outside breakfast room

Nie and easy check-in and check-out. Agnes was a nice host, and the contact with her was smooth. Great location with transport and Kongahälla Center in the reach of 100 meter. I'll gladly come back.

I chose the place because it was the cheapest option close to Gothenburg. It was still quite expensive though. The breakfast was nice and it is located in the nice area. You can take a nice walk to the castle, or next to the water.

Though the toilets and bathrooms were shared, they were clean nonetheless. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed experience. The beds were comfortable to sleep in.
