The staff here really nice especially this guy Basil what a lad he's not only friendly but also highly skilled multi talented guy his English is decent which is rare to find in a hostel. The hostel was very clean. Sergey provided me with slippers to use. He was also very helpful determining the correct platform by translating my bus ticket back to Kremenchuk. Moreover, "Era", one the residents arranged a taxi to pick me up at 05.30 the morning I left. And then she actually came down with me to make sure I got in the cab without problems. This was very kind of her since it was about 0C. Very nice people. They have several washing machines and drying racks for clothing. The day room and kitchen well very nice and well equipped. My bedroom( I had a single room) was clean, comfortable, with good linen and pillows. There was a small heater which did an excellent job of warming the bedroom. Very nice room. Security is excellent. There is a locked gate where you enter the property from the street. A locked exterior door and a locking door to enter the hostel itself.
