Everything, pretty much; it's a complete facility, very thoroughly and well renovated, that offers also some additional services, like a sauna. The staff was welcoming, and the check in and out we're smooth. The room was big enough, the beds seemed new and were very comfortable, the sheets extremely clean, a towel was also included. There was a small shelf (cleaned from dust!) with power plugs and a light close to the pillow. Curtains as well for every bed. The bathrooms were big, fully-featured (with ample hangers, which is a thing I particularly appreciated) and very clean. The shower was big, it had a wide and new shower jet; the water was hot and everything worked.

A really great hostel - comfortable beds with curtains, clean showers, a big kitchen and common area, lots of light, everyone who worked there was super helpful, and it's right in the centre of town. I ended up staying longer in Poltava because the hostel was a great place to stay. Can recommend.
