Excellent Location, very close to the Center City, And a lot of Historical Places! Never in all my trips through the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, or Europe did I see a Supervisor or manager, even the 5 Start Hotels, do the job with such adherence to the rules, but also with a vocation for service, attention and perhaps I can say love Apples Hostels have that person and Her name is JULIA LANZARO, thank you so much.

Located in Philadelphia and within 9.1 km of Temple University, Philly Coed Dorm!! 15 Min Train to Center City!! features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. This is a luxury looking private room and bathroom for cheap! The room was very clean, he has left mint candy and ear plugs with towels. I felt so safe here with the door having a code lock. The door was a little difficult to open, though. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like baby. The owner made sure I had everything I needed and very caring, polite and respectful man.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Large rooms , good common area , nice staff , free alcohol every evening . Only by luck ( eg huge prices in NYC where i wanted to stay initially ) i ended here but really found a gem hostel . PS: Cheap day trips can still be made to NYC and DC with FlixBus or Amtrak if booked in advance

Great location within the university. Safe surroundings. Entry is the lift needs key. Aesthetically, a good place. Clean rooms , bed etc., and good staff. It has a coffee maker in the room. For comb, tooth paste etc., one needed to ask front desk. which is unusual to me. I booked through Booking.com and it gave a discounted rate.

By far the best hostel I stayed in in North America (and also the cheapest, but still better than the expensive other ones). Especially the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Its one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. everyone is so friendly and whatever problem you have there will be someone to help you with a smile. The beds are very stable and I have slept better than anywhere else during my trip. There is even coffee for 1$ and free filtered water. The common rooms with billiards etc make it very easy to meet great people. Everything is easily reachable by a short walk and the area is safe too :)
