Great location
Great location and for the price perfect for our weekend catch with family. If you're looking for a 5star experience in Canberra this isn't the place for you. Budget friendly, clean and really comfortable beds. Walking distance to great coffee and breakfast, as not really the facilities for that. Dickson was a great find, mini china town, lots of great food. I would stay here again.
The first room we checked in looked like a backpacker hostel room rather than the room with a superior bed that we booked. Extra 3 beds (1 bunk bed + another single bed) for just the two of us. The receptionist told that this was an upgrade. It was smelling terrible, and the carpet was wet due to leaking A/C. When we told that we cannot stay in that room, we were given the next room. Luckily the next room was available, same design, more beds than needed.
Great location. Very comfortable. Very quiet area so close to the city. Very safe and clear instructions to enter the apartment. Free secure parking.
Great location closed to cafes & shopping centre. Very central location. Order Menulog and receptionist collects your order and keeps behind the desk. Other places just leave and anyone can take. Parking is easy and only $15 a night. A lot cheaper then when we stay in Sydney.
This could easily be a good, value for money budget accommodation with a great hot shower, and all the basics were there. However it had not been cleaned properly for a long time and some cheaply fixed things really let the property down.
Lovely staff called after leaving my glasses behind. Some of the staff were quite stern but it is a budget hotel so I didn't book it for the entertainment. Overall a positive experience. Great location, comfortable bed, very clean, electric blankets. Nice easy parking & if you are wanting a ground floor unit ask in advance .
We booked 2 rooms as we were travelling in a group of 6. We were issued rooms next to each which we were thankful for. We found both rooms to be spacious, clean and welcoming. The air conditioners were even on in the rooms to cool us down for our arrival. Security guards patrolled the premises of an evening for added safety. Reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were walking distance from KFC, McDonalds, a chemist and petrol station, it was a great location.
Bed was great. Safe for female traveller, great location
The room size was generous, it included two arm chairs and a coffee table as well as the usual desk and chair, access to fresh air via the balcony (with furniture!) and the bathroom was well proportioned and supplied. The reception staff are professional and friendly. Plentiful, cheap parking and a great location.
