Looming is an eco-friendly hostel located a 10-minute walk away from the Tartu Railway Station. It features guestrooms decorated by local artists, and has a terrace and a large living area with hammocks. Free Wi-Fi is available. I was really 'taken' with the 'handcrafted' style. It was great to stay in such a cosy and homely place. While the weather wasn't brilliant, the roof top patio/terrace was a great place to relax and unwind. The dorm (6 beds) was spacious and I liked having a single bed rather than a bunk. Love the plants!
