Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage 4 stars

Hampstead, London

Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage provides award-winning budget accommodation in a beautiful Victorian Grade II listed building. The Lodge offers a bar and free Wi-Fi access in public areas, just 2 miles from the West End. This is my first time staying in a hostel and tbh I was a bit nervous at first bc I'm a spoiled brat:P I've read a lot of good comments here and I was even doubting if it’s really that good.(And it is) This place is indeed very nice and better than I expected. 1. the room is quiet and everyone is nice, staffs are nice as well 2. The facilities are very nice and clean. At least for me every time I went to shower or the toilet it's pretty clean. 3. The breakfast is great (I mean come on where can you get a breakfast like that in London with 6 pounds...) 4. Location is perfect. Regent’s Park is also nearby. And it's very close to the subway station. *But if you have large luggage...that subway station Swiss Cottage doesn’t have an elevator, some heavy lifting sessions are needed. 5. There are some restaurants and a Tesco express nearby so definitely convenient to get food and groceries. 6. The bed size fits me well. I am 5'3(162cm). If you are over 6'0(182) the bed is probably gonna be a bit small for you??
