Cork
Located in Cork, Bru Bar & Hostel features a shared lounge, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is set 1.6 km from Saint Fin Barre's Cathedral, 2.7 km from Páirc Uí Chaoimh and 3 km from University College Cork. The accommodation provides evening entertainment and a shared kitchen. As soon as we arrived, everything was as it should be. Friendly staff, great location. Support already answered all my questions beforehand, as we had to make a few changes to the reservation. The breakfast was worth the price. The bar of the hostel itself should be praised the most. Every evening something happened, we met new people. We will be back!!
Great location and the staff were really friendly. I stayed in an 8 bed dorm and slept pretty well as the bed/duvet/pillow were surprisingly comfortable 😁 didn't have a chance to use any of the facilities as I literally only slept there and left first thing, but the bathroom and bedrooms were very clean and it's a beautiful building. Would definitely stay again to get the full hostel experience
Twin room- bunk beds with private shower/toilet. Clean and tidy, perfect for what we needed. First time in a hostel would definitely hostel again. Nice bar, good location for bars, restaurants, bus etc. Our room on the front 2nd floor was remarkably quiet.
Great location. Helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the sink was blocked and the carpet was stained which does make a difference to the experience. But I will stay there again. Bus outside the door. Minutes from Patrick street and while 110 euro is an insane amount to spend for one night unfortunately it's among corks cheapest. It's decor is unnecessarily studenty. Students can't afford that and non students aren't mad about popart decals.
Lovely hostel near the centre of Cork City. Friendly staff. Very central. Comfortable and a safe stay.
Situated close to city centre Breakfast was cheap. Towels were very good Noisy but like most hostels Felt safe and secure
Great location and friendly staff Cheap enough for a room in cork city center
Great price for accommodation . I wanted the cheapest accommodation I could get in Cork. ( that was clean and safe)
Location. Friendly staff. Felt safe and secure There was a female only shower room Towels were cheap 1€ to rent Staff recommended food places, live music. Really helpful
Great location - right in the centre of the city. The whole complex looks like it was built in the last couple of years. Very modern and comfortable. Double bed we had was sufficiently comfortable and bigger than we had anticipated, after seeing some other reviews. Good value for money - was 50-75% cheaper compared to the prices of city hotels for the time of summer we were staying.
Everything about this place is amazing, surrounded by deers, safe and secure parking, warm and clean. Will definitely return. Nice and quiet and only a 5 min walk to the town. Great location. Breakfast was 5⭐️.
